Unlike a traditional 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider that charges per pick, pack, and storage movement, Honeycomb offers a simpler, more predictable model. We charge an annual management fee that covers your warehousing solution, with freight charged as it’s dispatched.
If your program involves personalised items or custom pack assembly, your Account Manager will outline any additional costs upfront, so there are no surprises along the way.
We also take full responsibility for your shipments, tracking them daily to ensure they arrive on time. As a team deeply rooted in the events space, we understand how venues operate and know just how critical it is for merchandise to arrive precisely when and where it’s needed.

Orders placed by 12 pm are processed and shipped the next business day, ensuring timely delivery of your merchandise.

Yes, we offer reliable distribution across Australia and can also arrange international delivery. For overseas shipments, any applicable customs or duties will be passed on. Whether you’re sending to event venues, office locations, or individual recipients, we’ll ensure your merchandise arrives safely and on time.
