Personalised Brand Activation FAQ's

Yes, for all of our onsite activations, Honeycomb provides our professional onsite decorators who will oversee the entire process to ensure it runs smoothly. The amount of staff at each event depends on the package you have booked.

To submit their personalised gift request, event attendees are to fill out a bespoke landing page; scan a QR code which will take them directly to the landing page on their mobile device or they can use one of the iPads that we provide. Our landing pages can be tailored with your logo and any questions you would like to add. Generally our clients add 1-3 questions to screen their visitors.

For all our brand activations, we need a counter that is at least 50 cm in depth and 100 cm in length. For laser engraving, it also needs to be open in the back so we can place the exhaust box and cords from the machine underneath the desk. A second table is preferable as a collection point for visitors to return and pick up their giveaway.

Not much really. Simply the event details, your logo, any questions you want for your landing page. You will also need to decide what giveaway item you would like us to decorate. This will depend on which brand activation you choose.

This can vary depending on the type of item being personalised, however we work to a minute per item.

The most popular material we use and recommend for onsite laser engraving events is powder-coated metal products. E.g. metal drink bottles and torches

Yes, we use a range of different suppliers to find the perfect item for your event.

Yes, once your booking is confirmed and signed, we can send you a personalised sample.

We can travel around Australia for these events. Please note travel is not included in the packages. We are based in Sydney, Australia.

In a standard 8 hour event we can laser engrave up to 600 items in a day
