At HYROX Sydney, we partnered with F45 Training to deliver a brand activation that matched the pace and atmosphere of the competition floor.
This wasn’t your typical Honeycomb setup, guests could purchase apparel onsite and bring it straight to our station for on-the-spot customisation. It was quick, seamless and built for movement, it was personalisation designed to keep up.
The Experience
We brought the tools, the team and the energy to match the high intensity event. Participants could purchase from a curated selection of apparel; tees, long sleeves, hoodies and take the reins on customising their piece from start to finish.
Not only could they select the text of the customisation, but they were involved in the placement; whether it was front, back or on the sleeve, they had full control.
Our activation station was fully equipped to deliver on the spot, with:

The Unique
What made this activation different was the level of ownership it gave attendees over the final product. In contrast to previous activations where personalisation was often limited to one item, a pre-selected placement, or a single pre-approved colour, at HYROX, this experience invited guests to make real creative decisions.
Participants could purchase from a curated range of premium apparel, add their chosen name, phrase, time or slogan, and see it applied in real time. By combining the energy of live events with the appeal of retail customisation, we created a retail-meets-experience moment that connected with fitness enthusiasts on a deeper level.
