At Honeycomb Agency, we believe in creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients. In celebration of their 50th birthday, we had the pleasure of working with Hendrickson, to provide an innovative solution for their gifting needs.

Our goal was to offer a customised experience that would not only commemorate the milestone but also ensure that every employee received a gift they truly valued.

Our Solution

To achieve this, Hendrickson’ leadership team chose 4 different concept pack ideas that would resonate with their staff. These concept packs were carefully designed to represent Hendricksons’ brand and values, ensuring a personal touch in each gift.

To offer a seamless and convenient shopping experience, we created a pop-up online shop where every staff member could browse and select their preferred gift. This allowed them to choose a gift that truly represented their own style and preferences. With the shop open for 2 weeks, employees had ample time to explore the options and make their selections.

Once the shop closed, we swiftly collated all the orders and placed the bulk order with our trusted suppliers. To ensure accuracy and accommodate any last-minute changes, we increased the quantities of the orders by 10%. This extra buffer allowed us to cover any missed opportunities and accommodate gift swaps. Our meticulous process enabled us to deliver the exact items and quantities requested by each employee.

To add to the experience, our team wrapped each gift and added a personalised message. The gifts were then shipped to the client, ready for distribution at the celebratory event. This attention to detail ensured that every employee felt valued and appreciated for their contribution to Hendricksons’ success.
